Momo is a Himalayan dumpling: a thin wrapper folded around seasoned chicken, pork, lamb or vegetables. Think dim sum or gyoza, but with Nepali spices and dipping sauces. We fold ours by hand every day at our McKinney kitchen on S Custer Rd.
