Heritage & flavor
Mustang Momo & Grill celebrates the food we grew up with — hand-folded momo, slow-simmered curries, and the bold spices of the subcontinent — served in a warm, modern setting off S Custer Road in McKinney, Texas.

- Hand-folded Himalayan dumplings filled with seasoned chicken, pork, lamb, or vegetables. We serve them steamed, fried, pan-seared (kothey), in savory broth (jhol momo), tossed in chilli sauce, and choila-style.

- Slow-simmered Indian and Nepali curries — butter chicken, rogan josh, matar paneer, palak paneer, and more — each built with whole spices and fresh aromatics.
- Biryanis
- Fragrant dum-style biryanis layered with basmati rice, caramelized onions, saffron, and your choice of chicken, lamb, or vegetables.
